Also, if there were files/notebooks listed under 'Recents,' OneNote would try to open those, which are also still associated with the old login.If you had already set up a Microsoft account in self service and created OneNote notebooks there before the global introduction of Microsoft 365 at UZH, the Windows 10 OneNote app may no longer be able to synchronize. When converting the login email from to the OneNote App was trying to reference local files that were stored under which is no longer there. The OneNote App should be successfully synced with the OneNote files in the cloud. Once it is open in the App then it will automatically move everything back to where it should be in the notebook.
